Meet Lavena Sipes

Lavena is a licensed REALTOR® and broker, who relocated to Bentonville in 2018.  She was raised in Arkansas and Missouri.  With the growing and exciting market in Northwest Arkansas, she knew she made the right decision to transition into her passion of real estate following a successful career with a high-tech company in both Finance and Human Resources.  Having moved five times through corporate relocation, she understands first-hand both the excitement and the challenges of moving to a new area.

Lavena leverages the skills she learned in business to help her clients achieve their goal of home ownership and real estate equity.  Lavena is adept at partnering with homeowners as well as investors to identify the right home/property, and then negotiate expertly for you.  Whether buying or selling, Lavena makes sure you have all the information and insight you need to make good decisions.
