Meet Fatima Alejandro

Hi, I'm Fatima Alejandro, and I'm proud to be a REALTOR® with DC Real Estate.

I was born in Mexico and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, so I understand what it means to build a life in a new community while staying connected to your roots. Growing up in Northwest Arkansas has allowed me to truly know this area—from its neighborhoods and schools to the local businesses, parks, and everything that makes this region such an incredible place to call home.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent more than a decade in the beauty industry, starting in 2013. Five years ago, I fulfilled another dream by opening my own business. Being an entrepreneur has taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, integrity, and building meaningful relationships with people. Those same values are the foundation of how I serve my real estate clients.

Although I loved my career in the beauty industry, real estate has always been my passion. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a real estate agent. Life took me down a different path for a while, but I never gave up on that dream. When I finally purchased my own home, I experienced a feeling I'll never forget. It wasn't just about buying a house—it was the excitement, security, and pride of achieving something that truly changed my life. That experience inspired me to help others experience that same feeling.

One of the things I'm most passionate about is helping people relocate to Northwest Arkansas. Moving to a new city—or even a new state—can be overwhelming, but I want my clients to feel like they have someone they can trust every step of the way. Because I grew up here, I enjoy helping families not only find the right home but also discover the communities, schools, restaurants, and local favorites that make Northwest Arkansas such a special place to live.

As someone who was born in Mexico and raised in Arkansas, I also love connecting with people from different backgrounds.
